Return Window
Unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@vorixn.com and include your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
If the return is due to a defective item, damaged item, incorrectly shipped item, or another error on our part, VORIXN will review the issue and assist with the appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to a VORIXN error.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@vorixn.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible issue.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
If the issue involves shipping damage, VORIXN will review the case and assist with the appropriate resolution or carrier claim.
Custom or Personalized Products
Custom, personalized, or specially modified products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After we process your refund, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@vorixn.com.
Exchanges are subject to mutual agreement between the customer and VORIXN, and are also subject to product availability. Please contact us to discuss your request before any exchange is arranged. If the requested replacement is not available or an exchange cannot be agreed upon, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable option.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We may decline a return if the product has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, disassembled, modified, or returned without its original packaging.
We may also decline a return if the request is made after the 30-calendar-day return window.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@vorixn.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing has begun or after the order has shipped.
