We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping to other regions is temporarily unavailable.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–15 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing period, we will notify you by email. You may choose to accept a revised shipping date or cancel your unshipped order for a full refund.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 10–40 calendar days after shipment, depending on your destination, customs processing, holidays, and carrier conditions.

Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Origin

All VORIXN products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China to serve the destinations currently available at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted international carriers to deliver your order safely. The shipping method will be selected based on your location to provide a practical balance of speed and reliability.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is currently free for all destinations available at checkout.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the system.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For U.S. orders, customs duties and import taxes are generally not collected from the customer upon delivery.

For orders shipped to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their destination country.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are not included in your order total unless clearly stated at checkout. VORIXN has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying knife laws and regulations, we cannot ship to all locations. We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted jurisdictions, require additional verification before shipping to certain locations, or refuse shipment where delivery may violate applicable laws or carrier restrictions.

By placing an order, you confirm that knife ownership, possession, and importation are legal at your delivery address, that you are legally permitted to receive such items, and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and import regulations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us at support@vorixn.com.

We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Please include your order number, tracking number, and a brief description of the issue.

VORIXN is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, customs inspections or rejections, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events beyond our control. However, we will review each case and assist where reasonably possible.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned. In such cases, reshipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not claimed within the carrier's holding period may be returned. Refunds for unclaimed packages may be adjusted for return shipping costs or other non-recoverable costs where applicable.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@vorixn.com promptly.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun or after the order has shipped.
