Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please contact us before sending any return — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@vorixn.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@vorixn.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue.
We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or repair.
Shipping-Related Issues
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives with shipping damage, please contact us and we will assist with the appropriate resolution or carrier claim.
Non-Returnable Items
We may be unable to accept returns for items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, disassembled, or returned without original packaging. Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us at support@vorixn.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and mutual agreement. If an exchange cannot be arranged, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us at support@vorixn.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun or after the order has shipped.
EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request directly. You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped through the same link.
Return shipping costs for withdrawal requests are the customer's responsibility. We will process your refund promptly upon receiving your cancellation or return request.
