Your tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the system.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not claimed within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us. Refunds for unclaimed packages may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
