All orders are processed within 1–15 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or periods of high order volume. If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email and offer a revised date or a full refund.

Estimated delivery is 10–40 calendar days after shipment, depending on your destination and carrier conditions. These estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your order anytime at 17track.net using the tracking number sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
