  • Everyday carry (EDC) where legally permitted

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

3.1 Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, specifications, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Craftsmanship

Each VORIXN knife is hand-finished, which means slight variations in appearance, finish, and characteristics may occur. These variations are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

3.3 Materials

All products are made with high-quality materials as described. Specifications regarding steel types, handle materials, and dimensions are provided for informational purposes and may have minor variations due to manufacturing tolerances.

4. ORDERS AND PRICING

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping restrictions to your location

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

By providing a shipping address, you confirm that:

  • Delivery of knives to that address is legal

  • Any items refused or returned by customs (no refund will be provided for items seized by customs)

5.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

6.1 Limited Warranty

VORIXN warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures under normal use
  • Workmanship issues

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:
