Our products must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including any illegal activity, carrying in prohibited areas, intentional harm to any person, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

3.1 Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images, but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
3.2 Craftsmanship
VORIXN products may feature hand-finished surfaces or other craft processes that result in slight variations in appearance, finish, and characteristics. These variations are part of the product's character and are not considered defects.

Specifications regarding steel types, handle materials, and dimensions are provided for informational purposes and may have minor variations due to manufacturing tolerances, natural material properties, or other inherent characteristics of the materials used.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including due to product availability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or failure to meet age or legal requirements.

VORIXN warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
6.2 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents, modifications or alterations, improper maintenance, damage from unintended use, or lost or stolen items.
6.3 Return Policy
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Nothing in this warranty limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VORIXN products are tools that require proper handling and care. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that they are sharp instruments that can cause injury if mishandled, and you agree to follow all applicable safety precautions.
7.2 Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VORIXN shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the product. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or replaces any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where applicable local consumer protection laws provide rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights continue to apply in full.
