For customers who want a more personal folding knife, we can discuss light customization based on selected existing VORIXN models.

For light customization based on an existing model, one-piece projects may be considered depending on the details. This is usually the most practical option for personal use, gifts, collectors, or customers who want something unique without developing a completely new product.

Existing Model Customization vs. New Product Development

There is an important difference between customizing an existing folding knife and developing a completely new design.

Customization based on an existing model is usually more flexible. It may involve engraving, finish changes, packaging, or selected appearance details without changing the core structure of the knife.

A fully new folding knife design is a different type of project. It may require detailed design work, structure review, 3D modeling, material planning, prototyping, tooling, production testing, and factory evaluation. Because of this, fully new product development usually requires a higher minimum order quantity and a higher development cost.
